- Grilled chicken breasts (sliced) from Taste Pure
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber slices
- Grated carrot
- Bell pepper slices
- Sweet corn, boiled or roasted
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Preparation Method
- Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, bell pepper, and sweet corn.
- Arrange sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
