Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution: Develop sales targeting plans, create marketing campaigns, and lead sales strategies.
- Team Management: Build, train, and motivate the sales team, delegate tasks, monitor their daily performance, and evaluate results.
- Customer Development: Communicate with existing clients, grow the customer base, and provide support and problem-solving to ensure their satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market and competitor developments, and provide analytical reports on performance compared to established targets.
- Administrative Tasks: May also include some managerial duties such as purchasing, accounting, and budgeting, in addition to attending meetings and reporting to management.
