Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan Development: Develop and discuss preventive and operational maintenance plans with the team, then present them to senior management for oversight.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance.
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee the repair of equipment and machinery, identify and address malfunctions, and provide rapid solutions during crises.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance, and participate in determining their specifications and quantities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols, and establish appropriate guidelines for handling risks.
  • Budget Management: Monitor maintenance and spare parts costs, and collaborate with the accounting department on financial matters related to the department.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct inspections to ensure proper workflow and submit periodic reports on department performance to the direct supervisor.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are met and necessary support is provided.
