Ingredients
- 3 – 4 eggs
- Taste Pure Basturma slices
- Butter or oil for frying
- Pinch of salt (adjust based on pastrami saltiness)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Chili flakes or powder (optional)
- chopped vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Cut Taste Pure Basturma into slices or small pieces as desired.
- Melt a little butter or heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the pastrami to the pan and fry for a few minutes until slightly browned.
- Lower the heat, pour the eggs over the pastrami, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir the eggs continuously, or wait a bit before stirring, depending on how you like your eggs (soft or firm).
- Serve the pan hot, with bread or as a sandwich if desired.
