Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 eggs
  • Taste Pure Basturma  slices
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Pinch of salt (adjust based on pastrami saltiness)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chili flakes or powder (optional)
  • chopped vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut Taste Pure Basturma into slices or small pieces as desired.
  2. Melt a little butter or heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the pastrami to the pan and fry for a few minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Lower the heat, pour the eggs over the pastrami, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir the eggs continuously, or wait a bit before stirring, depending on how you like your eggs (soft or firm).
  6. Serve the pan hot, with bread or as a sandwich if desired.
